Your order to go must have been previously registered in our system at least 2 hours in advance. As you can see, any order has some preparation time and some delivery time, so even though the system may allow you to place an order at e.g. 13:00 to be delivered by 14:00, this is impossible because the routes go out more than 2 hours ago.
Important note: we send the wreaths to the place where the deceased will be read (either the cemetery or the church). Departure of our staff from the site immediately after placing the crowns safely. We do not have the ability to transport wreaths to the grave or anywhere else (the funeral home is responsible for this responsibility). We are not responsible for the early transfer of wreaths to the burial ground by anyone. In addition, we are not responsible and have no liability for any incorrect information regarding the deceased’s information or burial time that you specify. Errors are borne by the customer and we bear no responsibility.
