If you wish to deliver your order at a different time please contact us. Orders are only delivered after telephone arrangement with the recipient to ensure he/she will be home to accept the delivery.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery. If the recipient’s address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.

Therefore, If we are unable to proceed with your order, we are obliged to inform the customer within a day.

We deliver all our products safely, quickly and professionally to the place where you will hold the burial ceremony. We ship all our items only within Attica.

Important note: we send the wreaths to the place where the deceased will be read (either the cemetery or the church). Departure of our staff from the site immediately after placing the crowns safely. We do not have the ability to transport wreaths to the grave or anywhere else (the funeral home is responsible for this responsibility). We are not responsible for the early transfer of wreaths to the burial ground by anyone. In addition, we are not responsible and have no liability for any incorrect information regarding the deceased’s information or burial time that you specify. Errors are borne by the customer and we bear no responsibility.
